组织成员之间协调的有效性研究

【摘要】：主要从协调成本角度来研究组织成员之间的协调有效性问题。首先分析了协调成本的主要构成,然后通过具体的模型研究了协调成本对协调有效性的影响。研究表明:协调成本由交易成本构成;而协调成本对协调活动有效性的影响与协调成功的概率p等因素有关。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the effectiveness of coordination among the members of the organization from the angle of coordination cost. Then, the effects of coordination cost on coordination effectiveness are studied through specific models. The results show that coordination cost is composed of transaction cost, and the effect of coordination cost on coordination activity effectiveness is related to the probability p of coordination success.
