中国国际化企业集团中的秘书基本素质研究——以海尔集团为案例分析

【摘要】：正一、外向型企业发展背景及海尔集团公司特点介绍随着中国不断地对外开放和全球经济日益一体化,很多新的管理思想和管理方法也流人我国,我国相当一部分企业在学会管理国内企业和发展对外经贸关系的同时,也由内向型企业转变为外向型企业,有一些已经发展成为全球都有知名度的国际化企业集团,如海尔集团、TCL集团等。
[Abstract]:First, the development background of export-oriented enterprises and the characteristics of Haier Group Co., Ltd. Along with the continuous opening up of China and the increasing integration of the global economy, many new management ideas and management methods have also been introduced into China. While learning to manage domestic enterprises and develop foreign economic and trade relations, quite a number of enterprises in China have also changed from introverted enterprises to export-oriented enterprises. Some of them have developed into international enterprise groups with global visibility. Such as Haier Group TCL Group, etc.
