管理者权力对采纳建言的影响:管理者自我效能与权力距离的作用

【摘要】：员工的建言被管理者采纳,才可能真正产生积极的效果。基于权力的趋近—抑制理论以及自我效能理论,以254名管理者为样本,分析管理者权力对采纳下属建言的影响及其内在机制,可以发现管理者的权力对其采纳建言有积极影响:管理者自我效能在权力与采纳建言之间起中介作用;管理者的权力距离对于管理者自我效能与采纳建言之间的关系有调节作用,管理者的权力距离越小,管理者自我效能对采纳建言的影响越大。在此基础上构建的管理者采纳建言理论模型,有利于激发管理者采纳建言、员工有效建言。
[Abstract]:It is only when the employee's advice is adopted by the manager that it is possible to produce a positive effect. Based on the theory of power-approach inhibition and self-efficacy, 254 managers were selected as a sample. By analyzing the influence of manager's power on the adoption of subordinate advice and its internal mechanism, it can be found that the manager's power has a positive influence on the adoption of his advice: the self-efficacy of manager plays an intermediary role between power and acceptance of advice; The power distance of the manager has a moderating effect on the relationship between the self-efficacy of the manager and the adoption of advice, and the smaller the power distance of the manager is, The more the influence of managers' self-efficacy on the adoption of advice is, the more the theoretical model of managers' adopting advice is constructed on this basis, which is helpful to motivate managers to adopt suggestions and employees to make effective suggestions.
