民间契约文书立契时间逢闰月书写格式述略——以清水江文书为中心

【摘要】：清水江文书立契时间遇到闰月时,往往采用一定的书写格式,如"前六月"指六月而非闰六月,"后五月"指闰五月,"又六月"指闰六月。检读敦煌、徽州、福建等地文书,可知不迟于西汉建昭二年(前37年),文书立契时间遇到闰月就开始写明强调,随后沿袭不断,而明清以来的各地文书,常见"后五月"指闰五月、"又六月"指闰六月的书写样式。
