【摘要】：正科斯在1937年发表的《厂商的性质》一文标志着产权被引入到经济学分析之中,但据个人所知,至今还没有人把产权引入到管理学研究之中,本文试图在此做一个尝试,然而不是研究其系统理论,只想结合我国国有企业的改革实践,研究在公共产权条件下如何进行管理的问题。
[Abstract]:In 1937, Zhengkos published "the Nature of Manufacturers" which marks the introduction of property rights into economic analysis, but as far as I know, no one has yet introduced property rights into the study of management. This paper attempts to make an attempt here. However, it is not to study its systematic theory, but to study how to carry out management under the condition of public property right combined with the reform practice of state-owned enterprises in our country.
