试论普本工高管理专业实践教学体系创新

【摘要】：正普通本科院校工商管理类教育的任务主要是培养工商业中层管理人才,为现实工商管理工作中业务主管、部门经理等职位输送后备人才。而抓好工商管理类教育的实践环节是实现该专业教学目标的必要条件,只有提高对实践课的认识,认真设计实践课的教学环节,落实实践计划,才能实现专业培养目标。然而,有很多举办工商管理类专业的院校先天缺乏实践教学的基础,学生对此有诸多不满,尤其在对培养体系的系统性,实践性方面,认为培养方式陈旧、单调和具有非科学性。普通本科院校工商管理类教育实践教学体系的缺失和陈旧成为它们发展的瓶颈。因此,应对普本工商管理专业实践教学体系进行改革创新,使其适应时代的发展要求。
[Abstract]:The main task of business administration education in regular undergraduate colleges is to train middle management personnel in industry and commerce, and to be business executives in real business administration. It is necessary to do a good job in the practical link of business administration education to realize the teaching goal of this specialty. Only by improving the understanding of the practical class, designing the teaching link of the practical course, and carrying out the practical plan, However, there are many colleges and universities offering business administration majors that lack the foundation of practical teaching, and students are dissatisfied with this, especially in the systematic and practical aspects of the training system. It is considered that the training methods are old, monotonous and unscientific. The lack and obsolescence of the practical teaching system of business administration in ordinary undergraduate colleges become the bottleneck of their development. It is necessary to reform and innovate the practical teaching system of business administration specialty in order to adapt it to the development of the times.
