审改外交文书的几个故事

【摘要】：正驻外使领馆的外交人员离不开外交文书,撰写发往驻在国及各国驻该国外交使团的外交文书,是驻外使领馆秘书和礼宾官们的日常工作之一。鉴于外交文书代表国家的意志,是十分重要的外交文件,因此确保外交文书不出差错、符合规范,并力争高质量,是每一个外交人员都必须高度重视和认真对待的问题。笔者曾在中国驻纳米比亚大使馆任职,下面讲讲任职期间审改外交文书方面发生的几件事,希望对广大秘书人员有所启迪。
[Abstract]:Diplomatic documents are indispensable to diplomats and consulates in foreign countries. It is one of the daily tasks of the secretaries and protocol officers of embassies and consulates abroad to write the diplomatic documents sent to the diplomatic missions of the countries in which they are stationed.In view of the fact that diplomatic documents represent the will of the State and are very important diplomatic documents, it is an issue that every diplomat must attach great importance to and take seriously to ensure that they do not go wrong, conform to norms and strive for high quality.I have worked in the Chinese Embassy in Namibia, the following talk about the review of diplomatic documents during the period of several things, hoping to enlighten the vast number of secretarial staff.
