【摘要】：组织设计理论是管理学研究的核心内容,不断优化组织结构以应对组织成长和持续提高组织绩效,对于管理学家和实践者都是一个永恒的话题。本文在分析现代组织设计的内容、影响组织设计因素的基础上,指出了现代组织设计的发展新趋势。
[Abstract]:The theory of organizational design is the core of management research. It is an eternal topic for management experts and practitioners to constantly optimize the organizational structure to cope with organizational growth and improve organizational performance. On the basis of analyzing the content of modern organization design and influencing factors of organization design, this paper points out the new development trend of modern organization design.
