公共管理类学科的案例研究、案例教学与案例写作

【摘要】：公共管理类学科的基本特征决定它们在研究的方法上须重视案例研究法,在教学的方法上须重视案例教学法,而两者的有效实施都须重视案例写作。案例研究法是一种专注于分析单个事物在一定环境中所可能发生的各种变化及其动因的研究方法,是经验研究法的一种特殊形式。案例教学法是一种在教师的安排和指导下,学生通过阅读、讨论已被整理出来的个别事物的某一时段、某一方面的具体情况来理解同类事物的一般原理的教学方法。因此,研究案例的写作和教学案例的写作存在着重大差别。
[Abstract]:The basic characteristics of the subject of public management decide that they should attach importance to the case study method in the research method, the case teaching method in the teaching method, and the case writing in the effective implementation of both. Case study is a special form of empirical research, which focuses on the analysis of the possible changes and their motivations of a single thing in a certain environment. Case teaching method is a kind of teaching method in which students can understand the general principles of the same kind of things by reading and discussing the specific situation of the individual things which have been sorted out in a certain period of time under the guidance of the teacher. Therefore, there are significant differences between case writing and teaching case writing.
