【摘要】:正 中国文化尽人性,重人兼重德,而西方文化尽物性。但中庸曰:“能尽人之性,则能尽物之性。”故中国文化为人文科学之先进者,有的学者称为“人理学”。这是首创的一门学问,在大学博士班授课,旨在探讨怎样做人、怎样做事,以及人生的意义与责任。 孔子之教为“公以显道,诚以律己,仁以待人,中以处事,行以成物”作为个人修身之准则。 无私无我之“公”,成己成物之“诚”,立人达人之“仁”,不偏不倚之“中”,日新又新之“行”。斯五者,学自天道而成人道,包含了对道、对己、对人、对事、对物应采取的正确信念。为中华文化之精义,若推广至企业管理,是为中国式管理之代表。
[Abstract]:Chinese culture is full of humanity, people and morality, while western culture is full of materiality. But the mean said, "if you can do your best, you can do your own thing." Therefore, Chinese culture is advanced in humanities, and some scholars call it humanism. This is a pioneering course of study, taught in a doctorate class, to explore how to be a person, how to do something, and the meaning and responsibility of life. Confucius' education as "public to show the Tao, sincere to discipline oneself, benevolence to treat others, in order to deal with, to act as a matter" as a personal self-cultivation criteria. Selfless and unselfish "public", self-made "sincerity", "benevolence", impartial "in", new and new "action". "!!!??? Five, learn from heaven and become humanity, including the right to the Tao, to oneself, to people, things, things should be taken the correct faith. For the essence of Chinese culture, if extended to corporate management, is the representative of Chinese management.
