浅谈企业信息化建设的第三方咨询

【摘要】：信息技术高速发展的今天,企业为推动和实现制度、技术、管理创新,提升核心竞争力,信息化已 经成为重要手段和必由之路。本文从经济学和管理角度阐述了第三方咨询的必要性,并简要地说明了第 三方咨询的过程和方法。建议实施信息化的企业利用第三方咨询规避信息化建设的风险,降低实施成 本,成功实现企业信息化。
[Abstract]:Today, with the rapid development of information technology, information technology has become an important means and only way for enterprises to promote and realize system, technology, management innovation and enhance the core competitiveness. This paper expounds the necessity of the third party consultation from the angle of economics and management, and briefly explains the process and method of the third party consultation. It is suggested that enterprises implementing informatization should use third party consultation to avoid the risk of information construction, reduce the implementation of the information, and realize the enterprise informatization successfully.
