【摘要】：“工具”,泛指从事劳动、生产所使用的器具 ,后引申为用以达到某种目的的手段。信息咨询系统的工作有三个要素 :1作为服务主体的咨询专家 ;2作为原始材料积累的文献工具 ;3作为现代咨询技术核心的数据库。三者构成了信息咨询系统的资源要素 ,也是达到咨询目的的保障工具。
[Abstract]:"tool" generally refers to the instrument used in labor, production, and later extended to a means to achieve an end. In the work of information consulting system, there are three elements: 1: 1 as the consulting expert of the main body of service as the document tool for the accumulation of raw materials and as the database of the core of modern consulting technology. The three constitute the resource elements of the information consulting system, and are also the guarantee tools to achieve the purpose of consultation.
