公文话语方式刍议

【摘要】：正不同的文章主旨和文体规范决定话语方式的选择。而现代公文,就功能而言,就是说事、论事、办事。具体表现在两个方面:一是规范管理,如行政公文、司法文书、经济文书等;二是沟通人际关系,实现人际交往,如调查报告、总结、广告、信函等。公文的功能特点则应当有以下三点:(1)应用性。公文必须面对社会,管理公众事务,体现协调社会活动,规范社会行为的基本功能。(2)直接性。公文必须直面和解决具体的社会事务,而绝非讨论和探索某个抽理论和精神现象。(3)效用性。公文应当实现既定的行文目标并产生现实效用,而这种效用是可量化的。这种功能特点和价值取向,是公文表征自我特征,实现自身价值的标志,因而要求公文依据文本特点和表达需要,对语言方式作出相应的选择和规范,形成自我话语特色。
[Abstract]:Different themes and stylistic norms determine the choice of discourse style. And modern official document, as far as function is concerned, namely matter, discuss matter, handle affairs. It is shown in two aspects: one is to regulate management, such as administrative documents, judicial documents, economic documents, etc.; the other is to communicate interpersonal relations and realize interpersonal communication, such as investigation report, summary, advertisement, letter and so on. The functional features of the official document should have the following three points: 1) Application. The official document must face the society, manage the public affairs, embody the coordination of social activities, standardize the basic function of social behavior. The official document must face up to and solve the concrete social affairs, not to discuss and explore the utility of some theory and mental phenomenon. The official document should achieve the stated goal and produce practical utility, which is quantifiable. This kind of function characteristic and value orientation is the symbol that official document characterizes self characteristic and realizes its own value. Therefore, it requires the official document to make corresponding choice and criterion to the language mode according to the text characteristic and the expression need, forms the self-talk characteristic.
