【摘要】：正"知识产权是保障促进、激励创新的最基本制度,在今天创新发展的时代,知识产权事业正处在大有作为的战略机遇期,知识产权智库建设正迎来生机盎然的春天。"中南财经政法大学2015年12月5日举办2015知识产权高端智库建设研讨会,百位知名专家学者共同探讨知识产权高端智库建设,为我国知识产权事业的发展建言献策。我国知识产权制度到了而立之年,特别是国家实施知识产权战略以来积累了丰富经验,需要在一个更高层次上进行
[Abstract]:Intellectual property is the most basic system to protect and promote innovation. In today's era of innovation and development, intellectual property is in a period of great strategic opportunities, and the construction of intellectual property think tanks is ushered in a vibrant spring. On December 5, 2015, Zhongnan University of Finance, Economics and Law held a seminar on the construction of 2015 intellectual property high-end think-tanks. 100 well-known experts and scholars discussed the construction of intellectual property high-end think tanks, and offered suggestions for the development of intellectual property rights in China. China's intellectual property system has reached a new age, especially since the implementation of the intellectual property strategy by the country, which has accumulated rich experience and needs to be carried out at a higher level.
