【摘要】：正 各位专家、企业界的朋友们,我是抱着学习的目的来参加这次恳谈会的。参加过几次《中外管理》召开的恳谈会,每次受教育都很深。我代表杂志的主管部门中国科协讲几句话。在《中外管理》第六届恳谈会举行之际,首先允许我代表中国科协对这次恳谈会的召开表示热烈祝贺!对与会各位代表,特别是来自祖国宝岛——台湾和日本、美国的专家、学者表示诚挚的敬意和欢迎。这次恳谈会的主题:1998年企业形势、政策与管理。这是值得人们认真研究的大题目。刚才邢贲思副校长兼总编把15大对企业改革做了深刻的描述,提出非
[Abstract]:Experts, business friends, I came to this meeting with the aim of learning. I attended several meetings of Chinese and Foreign Administration, and every time I was deeply educated. I speak on behalf of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology. On the occasion of the sixth session of the "Chinese and Foreign Administration", allow me, on behalf of the China Association of Science and Technology, to extend my warm congratulations on the convening of this sincere seminar! I would like to express my sincere respect and welcome to all delegates, especially the experts and scholars from Taiwan, Japan and the United States.
