【摘要】：从组织层面对培训需求进行分析,是保证整个组织的培训能准确、及时而有效的前提。文章探讨组织层面的培训需求分析的内涵、意义与内容,提出一种较为简易而有效的分析方法——专家分析法。
[Abstract]:The analysis of training needs from the organizational level is the premise to ensure the training of the whole organization is accurate, timely and effective. This paper discusses the connotation, significance and content of training demand analysis at organizational level, and puts forward a simple and effective analytical method-expert analysis method.
