组织集成的机制与方法研究

【摘要】: 近十多年来,随着科技的飞速发展和先进制造技术的广泛应用,人们对组织集成制造模型已经进行了大量的研究并取得了巨大的成果。如动态制造联盟、战略制造联盟、敏捷制造、制造团队、分形组织等等。然而,这些主要体现为制造组织模式的变化,而对组织集成机制的系统研究还基本上是一块待填补的空白。为此,本课题主要对组织集成的机制与方法进行初步的探讨。 本文首先研究了组织集成的机制。通过分析组织集成的经济、管理和技术理论基础,提出了基于最优组织单元的网络化、柔性化组织集成的新机制。其中,本文主要阐明了最优组织单元的内涵、特征及其功能,然后系统地论述了基于最优组织单元的网络化、柔性化组织的集成及其内部的协调、运作过程。 其次,组织作为一个社会技术系统,故本文从社会技术系统的角度对其进行了技术、经济和社会因素(组织文化)分析,提出了组织集成的社会技术整合分析方法及其在工作设计过程中的应用。 再次,通过分析了业务流程重组(BPR)和全面质量管理(TQM)理论,本文提出了基于生命周期理论的BPR与TQM的整合方法——一种折中的持续变革方法,并将这种持续变革的方法作为组织集成的持续创新技术。之后,本文系统地阐述了组织集成的持续创新方法、过程,以及持续创新的管理。 最后,本文通过分析了组织集成综合评价的经济、技术和社会因素,建立相应的评价体系。然后再通过建立模糊数学综合评价模型来进行综合评价。
[Abstract]:In the past decade, with the rapid development of science and technology and the extensive application of advanced manufacturing technology, people have done a lot of research on the organization integrated manufacturing model and made great achievements. Such as dynamic manufacturing alliance, strategic manufacturing alliance, agile manufacturing, manufacturing team, fractal organization and so on. However, these are mainly reflected in the change of manufacturing organization model, and the systematic research on the mechanism of organization integration is still a blank to be filled. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses the mechanism and methods of organizational integration. Firstly, this paper studies the mechanism of organizational integration. By analyzing the economic, management and technical theoretical basis of organizational integration, a new mechanism of networked and flexible organizational integration based on optimal organizational unit is proposed. Among them, this paper mainly expounds the connotation, characteristics and functions of the optimal organizational unit, and then systematically discusses the networking based on the optimal organizational unit, the integration of flexible organization and its internal coordination and operation process. Organization is a social technology system, so this paper analyzes its technical, economic and social factors (organizational culture) from the point of view of social technology system. This paper puts forward the analysis method of social technology integration of organization integration and its application in the process of work design. Thirdly, by analyzing the theory of BPR and TQM, the paper analyzes the theory of BPR and TQM. In this paper, the integration method of BPR and TQM based on life cycle theory is proposed, which is a kind of eclectic method of continuous change, and the method of continuous change is regarded as the continuous innovation technology of organizational integration. After that, this paper systematically expounds the method, process and management of continuous innovation of organizational integration. Finally, this paper analyzes the economic, technical and social factors of the comprehensive evaluation of organizational integration, and establishes the corresponding evaluation system. Then a comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics is established.
