组织概念质疑

【摘要】:正 经典观点认为,组织是通过确定的、具有理性目标而得以统一和协调,并被完全结构化了的整体,它是为这些目标服务才存在的。 随着组织研究的深化,我们至少可以在以下三个方面对上述经典模式提出质疑。首先是由于限定合理性思想的引入,并对各个层次上的人的行动施加影响,从而使组织的合理性与情感性(即所谓的人类行为的非理性)之间相对立的这一事实成为可能。其次是由于一切组织都具有潜在的无秩序特征,从而使组织的真实运转与经典模式中假设的协调不相符合。第三是由于组织边际的人为特征,从而使寓于行动结构和行动范围的组织弹性得以显著表现。
[Abstract]:It is a classic view that organizations are unified, coordinated, and fully structured as a whole, and are fully structured as a whole. It exists for these goals. With the deepening of the organization's research, we can at least challenge the above three aspects. The introduction of thought and the influence of the actions of people at all levels, so that the fact that the rationality of the organization is relative to the emotional nature of the so-called human behavior is possible. Secondly, because all the organizations have the potential disorderly characteristics, so that the real operation of the organization and the classic model are false. The coordination is not consistent. Third, because of the artificial characteristics of the organizational margin, the flexibility of organization in action structure and action scope can be significantly manifested.
