管理要素作用变迁的技术性路径依赖特征

【摘要】：技术变化决定了社会经济发展的变化,同样会带来管理要素作用的变化。管理要素作用的变化和特征对技术变化有路径依赖性,机会成本的泛化和要素配置权力的转变等要素作用变迁的特征,一方面突出强调了现代技术和知识经济条件下管理要素的重要性;另一方面又预示了现代管理发展的方向。在新的管理思想指导下,以充分的信息为基础,战略化、人性化、柔性化处理和配置用途愈加多样化的经济资源,将是现代管理的核心内容。
[Abstract]:The change of technology determines the change of social and economic development, and it will also bring about the change of the function of management elements. The changes and characteristics of the function of the management elements have path dependence on the technological change, the generalization of the opportunity cost and the transformation of the power of the allocation of the elements, and so on. On the one hand, it emphasizes the importance of management elements under the condition of modern technology and knowledge economy; on the other hand, it indicates the direction of the development of modern management. Under the guidance of the new management thought, the core content of modern management will be based on sufficient information, strategic, humanized, flexible handling and allocation of economic resources with more diversified uses.
