[Abstract]:Organization Department is the Party Committee's education and management of party members and training and selection of cadres functional departments and important staff departments. There are many restrictive factors whether it can give full play to its function, among which the very important point is how well the relationship between the organization minister and the party secretary is handled. According to the author's experience, in order to deal with this relationship well, the organization minister should have higher ideological and political quality, higher moral quality and stronger self-cultivation in addition to his own.
