【摘要】:正管理的第一要务是什么?通常我们的理解是管别人、理事务,比如为下属分工、执行、监督、检查、纠正等,这就是我们常说的管理。但笔者认为管理的第一要务是管理好自己。只有真正管理好自己的人才称得上会管理、懂管理的管理者,反之,连自己都不能管理好的人不能称为合格的管理者。那么,管理好自己哪些方面?管理好自己的时间、爱好、情绪和身体。第一,管好自己的时间
[Abstract]:What is the first priority being managed? Usually our understanding is to manage other people's affairs, such as division of labor, execution, supervision, inspection, correction and so on. This is what we often call management. But the author thinks the first important task of management is to manage oneself well. Only those who really manage themselves can be called managers who can manage and understand management. Conversely, those who cannot manage themselves can not be called qualified managers. So, what aspects do you manage yourself well? Manage your time, hobbies, emotions and body.
