【摘要】：正党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》首次明确提出,要加强中国特色新型智库建设,建立健全决策咨询制度。2015年1月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅联合印发了《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》,要求各地区、各有关部门结合实际建设新型智库。同年11月9日中央全面深化改革领导小组第十八次会议更是通过了《国家高端智库建设试点工作方案》,明确了首批建设的25家高端智库。从上述政策措施中足以看出党和国家对智库建设的高
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues on comprehensively deepening Reform", adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, for the first time clearly stated that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics and establish a sound decision-making consultation system. The General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council jointly issued the "opinions on strengthening the Construction of a New Type of think Tank with Chinese characteristics," requiring all regions and departments concerned to build new types of think tanks in conjunction with the actual situation. On 9 November of the same year, the 18th session of the Central Committee's leading Group for All-round deepening Reform adopted the "pilot work Plan for the Construction of National High-end think tanks," and identified the first batch of 25 high-end think-tanks to be built. From the above policy measures, it can be seen that the Party and the state have a high level of building think tanks.
