中国智库古今延承之路:历史溯源与未来启示

【摘要】:[目的/意义]当前,中国特色新型智库建设迎来了最好的时代,发展步伐明显加快,逐渐呈现产业化的趋势,然而,还存在诸多不足,有必要借鉴古代传统智库的经验,推动中国现代智库的发展。[方法/过程]通过对中国历史上传统智囊进行考察,剖析古代传统智库制度演变,得出了对当前中国特色新型智库建设的几点启示。[结果/结论]建设中国特色新型智库,政府应善用、善管和善待智库,善用退休高官打造中国式"旋转门",致力于"伐谋"能力的提升,让更多外国精英参与中国智库建设,同时,中国也须有更多优秀的智库学者。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] at present, the construction of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics has ushered in the best era, the pace of development has been accelerated obviously, and the trend of industrialization has been gradually presented. However, there are still many shortcomings, so it is necessary to draw lessons from the experience of the ancient traditional think-tanks. To promote the development of modern Chinese think tanks. [methods] based on the investigation of the traditional think-tank in the history of China, this paper analyzes the evolution of the system of the ancient traditional think-tank, and draws some enlightenment to the construction of the new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics. [results / conclusion] to build a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics, the government should make good use of, manage and treat the think-tank well, make good use of retired senior officials to create a Chinese-style "revolving door", and devote itself to improving the ability of "cutting out" and allowing more foreign elites to participate in the construction of China's think tanks. At the same time, China also needs to have more excellent think-tank scholars.
