高校《管理学》课程实践教学体系设计

【摘要】：《管理学》是高校信息管理与信息系统专业的核心必修课,是重要的基础课程。课程的任务是使学生系统掌握管理学的基本原理、基本方法和一般规律,培养学生良好的管理素质和管理绩效观,为进一步学习后续专业课程打下必要的理论基础。《管理学》课程实践教学环节的开设,对激发学生学习兴趣和提高学生运用所学理论知识解决实际问题的能力有着非常重要的作用。该文总结多年教学经验,设计了一套高校《管理学》课程实践教学体系,并取得一定效果,有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Management is the core compulsory course of information management and information system major in colleges and universities, and it is an important basic course. The task of the course is to make students master the basic principles, basic methods and general rules of management, and to cultivate students' good management quality and management performance view. To lay the necessary theoretical foundation for the further study of the follow-up professional courses. It plays an important role in arousing students' interest in learning and improving their ability to solve practical problems by using the theoretical knowledge they have learned. This paper summarizes the teaching experience for many years and designs a set of practical teaching system for the course of "Management Science" in colleges and universities, and obtains certain results, which has certain reference value.
