中国古代关于管理人性的论述

【摘要】：正 西方管理理论发展的第二个阶段,便是所谓“行为科学”的理论。即对工人在生产中的行为以及产生这些行为的原因、动机,进行分析研究,以调节企业中的人际关系。提高劳动生产率。这一理论通常是从社会、心理、人性本质三方面入手研究的,其中形成的最主要理论便是对“人性”本质的探讨。在西方管理思想的演变中,对“人性”问题的研究最具权威性的,便是美国麻省理工学院教授麦格雷戈的“X理论——Y理论”。这一理论的形成,使西方管理理论的研究跨入了一个新的领域,可以说是西方管理理论中的一个里程碑。但麦格雷戈的这一理论是本世纪初二十
[Abstract]:The second stage of the development of western management theory is the theory of behavioral science. That is to say, the behavior of workers in production and the causes and motives of these behaviors are analyzed and studied in order to regulate the interpersonal relationship in enterprises.
