解析经济新常态下的工商管理教学

【摘要】：自从"经济新常态"提出以来,中国的经济进入到一个全新的阶段——经济新常态阶段。在经济新常态阶段中国开始更加重视经济的缓慢增长,不再一味地追求经济飞速增长,而是将经济的可持续发展作为了首要目标。经济新常态不仅给经济的发展带来了新的契机,对于工商管理专业来讲更是挑战与机遇并存。本文从现今的工商管理教学状况进行分析,进一步说明了经济新常态与企业的相互关系,在此基础上对如何设定合理的教学目标,采取怎样的改革策略进行了进一步分析,旨在能够提升经济新常态下的工商管理教学水平。
[Abstract]:Since the "New normal economy" was put forward, China's economy has entered a new stage-the New normal stage of economy. In the new normal stage of economy, China began to pay more attention to the slow growth of economy, not blindly pursue the rapid growth of economy, but regard the sustainable development of economy as the primary goal. The new normal state of economy not only brings new opportunity to the development of economy, but also challenges and opportunities for business administration specialty. Based on the analysis of the current teaching situation of business administration, this paper further explains the relationship between the new normal state of economy and the enterprises, and on the basis of this, analyzes how to set reasonable teaching objectives and how to adopt the reform strategy. The aim is to improve the teaching level of business administration under the new normal state of economy.
