效能——产出与产能的平衡

【摘要】：被美国《时代》杂志誉为“人类潜能的导师”的史蒂夫·柯维博士(stephenR.covey)提出的高效能人士的七个习惯———主动积极、以终为始、要事第一、双赢思维、知己解彼、统合综效、不断更新,目前已得到广泛认可,而且是许多跨国公司中职业经理人个人修为的必读课程。本文选自《高效能人士的七个习惯》一书,作者通过对“效能”的定义的阐述,告诉读者一个道理:产出与产能必须平衡才能达到真正的高效能。
[Abstract]:Dr. stephenR.covey, who is praised as "the mentor of human potential" by time magazine in the United States, proposes seven habits of highly effective people-initiative, taking the end as the starting point, first and foremost, win-win thinking, mutual understanding of each other, and integration of comprehensive effects. It has been widely accepted and is a compulsory course for professional managers in many multinational companies. This paper is drawn from the book "Seven habits of highly effective people". The author explains the definition of "efficiency" and tells the reader that output and productivity must be balanced in order to achieve real high efficiency.
