任务型组织设立问题研究

【摘要】:任务分析是任务型组织设立的前提,但是,这项工作必须是在常规组织中进行的。因为,在常规组织的运行中,只有当出现了非常规任务的时候,才会通过设立任务型组织去解决这类任务。所以,常规组织必须拥有一种任务分析机制,去自觉地识别非常规任务。这一机制的存在,对于常规组织承担常规任务也是积极的。任务型组织设立的方式有回应性设立和前瞻性设立两种,从现实需求来看,前瞻性设立将会成为越来越普遍的现象。
[Abstract]:Task analysis is a prerequisite for the establishment of task-based organizations, but this work must be carried out in regular organizations. Because in the operation of the regular organization, only when the unconventional task appears, will the task be solved by setting up the task type organization. Therefore, conventional organizations must have a task analysis mechanism to consciously identify unconventional tasks. The existence of this mechanism is also positive for conventional organizations to undertake routine tasks. There are two ways to set up task-based organizations: responsive setting up and forward-looking setting up. From the point of view of reality, forward-looking setting up will become a more and more common phenomenon.
