团队研究的新进展

【摘要】：在近阶段的管理理论及实践中 ,团队 (workteam)和团队工作 (teamwork)的概念异常流行。以团队的形式来管理组织以及开展组织发展的活动无论在学术或实践中都产生了多元的和深厚的冲击力。文章详细论述了团队研究中的多元化、冲突问题 ,介绍了社会认知视野中的团队以及提出了团队有效性的生态模型。
[Abstract]:In recent management theory and practice, the concept of team (workteam) and team work (teamwork) is very popular. The activities of organization management and organization development in the form of team have produced diverse and profound impact in both academic and practical fields. This paper discusses the diversity and conflict of team research in detail, introduces the team from the perspective of social cognition and puts forward the ecological model of team effectiveness.
