如何选择理想的咨询公司

【摘要】：正 国内咨询行业是从20世纪90年代中期以后才发展起来的。咨询公司很明显地分为两类:一类是以麦肯锡、科尔尼为首的国外公司,他们的咨询优势和价值在于欧美成熟经济体制下对各种企业广泛而多样化的服务经历,面对中国大陆地区的发展状况,这种经历显得尤为可贵;另一类是以本土北大纵横、浙江奇正为主的国内咨询公司,他们的资源构成大多数是以海归派、职业经理人和大学教师、广告人为主,而这群人也恰恰是国内高度市场化下的艰苦
[Abstract]:The domestic consulting industry has only developed since the mid-1990 s. Consulting firms clearly fall into two categories: one is foreign firms, led by McKinsey and Colney, whose advantages and value lie in their extensive and diverse service experience to a wide variety of companies under mature economic systems in Europe and the United States. In the face of the development situation in the mainland of China, this experience is particularly valuable. The other is the domestic consulting company, which is dominated by local Peking University and Zhejiang Qizheng. Most of their resources are made up of returnees from overseas. Professional managers and university teachers are mainly advertisers, and this group of people is precisely the hardship of a highly market-oriented domestic market.
