协同创新视域下高职工商企业管理专业人才培养模式与路径研究

【摘要】：文章首先分析了"政校行企"协同创新人才培养模式的框架、内涵及意义,然后以东莞职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例,基于就业、创业和创新的"能力本位"导向,从完善人才培养方案、改革课程体系和教学方式、加强"双师结构"队伍建设、推进协同创新平台和机制建设、强化实践教学和创新、创业能力培养、人才培养质量评价等方面,探索高职工商企业管理专业人才培养模式的改革路径。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the framework, connotation and significance of the cooperative and innovative talents training model of "political, school, business and enterprise", and then takes the enterprise management major of Dongguan Vocational and Technical College as an example, based on the "ability based" orientation of employment, entrepreneurship and innovation. From perfecting the talent training plan, reforming the course system and teaching method, strengthening the construction of the "double teacher structure" team, promoting the construction of the cooperative innovation platform and mechanism, strengthening the practice teaching and innovation, cultivating the entrepreneurial ability, In the aspects of talent training quality evaluation, this paper probes into the reform path of the talent training mode of industrial and commercial enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
