跨文化管理的后殖民主义解读

【摘要】:后殖民理论在管理学界的应用比较少见。后殖民主义从广泛传播的后现代主义、后结构主义以及东方主义中汲取了理论资源,但与三者存在着差异。从后殖民立场来分析五星啤酒的案例,可以看出殖民主义在其管理思想和实践中的影响。放眼全球,西方中心论的影响在公司内部管理及之外的领域都随处可见。后殖民理论倡导跨文化管理的新视角,它在后殖民地的成功应用证明了其在管理学界的价值。
[Abstract]:Postcolonialism draws theoretical resources from the widely spread postmodernism, post-structuralism and Orientalism, but it is different from the three. From the post-colonial standpoint to analyze the case of Five-Star Beer, we can see the influence of colonialism in its management thought and practice. Globally, the influence of Western-centrism can be seen everywhere within and outside corporate governance. Post-colonial theory advocates a new perspective of cross-cultural management, and its successful application in the post-colonial areas proves its value in the field of management.
