【摘要】：有效绩效很大程度上依赖于团队的构成以及对绩效目标至关重要的人力资源的寻找,获得这些具有团队所需的专业人才是项目管理者的首要目标。团队成员包括管理者、技术支持者、经理主管人员、管理员、销售员、维护人员和其他的以组织为基础的人力资源,这些对于完成互助的虚拟项目团队绩效目标十分关键。
[Abstract]:Effective performance depends largely on the composition of the team and the search of human resources that are critical to the performance goals. Obtaining these professionals who are needed by the team is the primary goal of the project manager. Team members include managers, technical backers, managers, supervisors, administrators, salespeople, maintainers, and other organization-based human resources that are critical to achieving the performance goals of a virtual project team.
