军队干部需求分析模型

【摘要】:正 一、引言 对干部队伍实行科学管理,是我军革命化、现代化、正规化建设的需要,因而,从总体上科学地对干部队伍进行规则、预测和控制,是高级管理部门的一项重要任务。干部队伍的管理,政策性很强,涉及的问题很多。从系统工程的观点来看,对一个部门干部的规划、培养和使用,就是对一个系统的设计和控制,因此,如何保持这个系统的良性循环,是一个很重要的问题。 军队干部系统具有干部系统的一般性质,如每年都可能有人晋升、留任、调进调出、离休退休等。
[Abstract]:First, the introduction to the scientific management of the contingent of cadres is the need for the revolutionization, modernization and regularization of our army. Therefore, on the whole, the cadres are scientifically regulated, predicted and controlled. It is an important task for senior management. The management of cadre troop, policy is very strong, involve a lot of problem. From the point of view of system engineering, the planning, training and using of cadres in a department is the design and control of a system. Therefore, how to maintain the virtuous circle of this system is a very important problem. The army cadre system has the general nature of the cadre system, such as promotion, retention, transfer, retirement and so on.
