浅谈公文管理系统在低油价时期发挥的重要作用

【摘要】：随着社会信息化的快速发展,公文管理系统是顺应现今信息化发展潮流的必然选择,是企业不断强化内部管理持续发展的内在需求。尤其是在低油价时期,办公室如何利用公文管理系统更好地探索降本增效、开源节流的方法和措施,在提升公文管理信息化水平、提高无纸化办公的程度等方面发挥出重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social informatization, document management system is an inevitable choice to conform to the current trend of information development, and is the internal demand of enterprises to continuously strengthen the internal management of sustainable development. Especially in the period of low oil prices, how can the office make use of the document management system to better explore the methods and measures of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, so as to enhance the level of information technology in the management of official documents? Improve the degree of paperless office and other aspects play an important role.
