【摘要】：正 全国企业管理人员培训是一项跨世纪培训工程,分层次、滚动式制定的培训规划将引发有关各界更高的热情,但要有效实施这项工程,应突破“管理知识转化为现代经营理念和管理技能周期较长”的难题。为此,要对培训项目合理定位,更要进行培训模式的探索和创新。而“四四式”产学互动模式是在综合考虑工商管理培训的对象特征、时代特征、体制特征、市场竞争特征的基础上,采用项目
[Abstract]:The training of enterprise managers throughout the country is a trans-century training project. The training plan, which is drawn up in a hierarchical and rolling manner, will arouse more enthusiasm from all circles concerned, but this project should be effectively implemented. It is necessary to break through the difficult problem of transforming management knowledge into modern management idea and management skill cycle. Therefore, the training project should be rationally positioned and the training mode should be explored and innovated. On the basis of considering the characteristics of the object, the times, the system and the market competition, the interactive mode of "four" is to adopt the project.
