评析一篇评改文——兼对请示改稿进行再评改

【摘要】：正李小冰同志在《应用写作》2015年第4期发表的《正确选用文种合理提出请求——评改一则请示》一文(以下简称"评改文"),是对某高校《关于2012年5-10月学生宿舍水电费收取情况的报告》(以下简称"原文")进行的评改。笔者拜读后感到,这是一篇值得肯定的公文评改文章,它对原文分析较为透彻,点评比较细致,也矫正了原文中的诸多毛病;同时感到,评改文
[Abstract]:Comrade Li Xiaobing published in the fourth issue of "Applied Writing" in 2015, "making a reasonable request for correct selection of languages-a request for comment and revision" (hereinafter referred to as "the Review and revision"), It is a review of the report on the charge of water and electricity in the student dormitories in May and October of 2012 (hereinafter referred to as "sic") in a certain university.
