拟写案卷标题有技巧

【摘要】：正文书立卷时拟写案卷标题要讲究技巧。笔者体会,就是要掌握立卷特征,熟悉拟写要领,并处理好二者关系。先评析两例案卷标题实例;实例一中国人民银行××县支行1958年形成的文件立成26个案卷,却只有5个案卷标题,即:案卷标题案卷数量省级机关、省分行文件 8专区级机关文件 5县级机关文件 6公社级文件 1发文稿本 6实例二中国人民银行××县支行1963年形成的文件立成15个案卷,也只有9个案卷标题,即:
