组织社会化理论研究述评

【摘要】：通过对组织社会化理论研究的梳理,分析了不同学者对组织社会化内涵理解的差异及其原因,并从组织参与者与分析维度两条路径,对基于组织主导视角、基于员工主导视角、基于员工与组织互动视角、基于跨文化比较视角的组织社会化理论进行了综述;探讨了目前组织社会化理论存在的问题并提出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Through combing the theoretical research of organizational socialization, this paper analyzes the differences and reasons of different scholars' understanding of the connotation of organizational socialization, and from the perspective of organizational participant and analysis dimension, from the perspective of organizational leadership, based on the perspective of staff-oriented. Based on the perspective of interaction between staff and organization, the theory of organizational socialization based on cross-cultural comparison is summarized. This paper discusses the problems existing in the theory of organizational socialization and puts forward the research direction in the future.
