后工业化进程中的组织变革

【摘要】：在后工业化的进程中,人类赖以管理自我的组织形式将出现一场根本性的变革。20世纪后期以来的社会治理现实表明,人类时常地陷入危机状态之中,这是由于传统的组织形式不能满足后工业化条件下社会治理要求而导致的危机,它的直接现实要求就是,需要用一种新型的合作制组织去替代在工业社会表现的最为成功的官僚制组织。
[Abstract]:In the process of post-industrialization, there will be a fundamental change in the organizational form on which human beings manage themselves. The reality of social governance since the late 20th century shows that human beings are often in a state of crisis. This is a crisis caused by the fact that traditional forms of organization cannot meet the requirements of social governance under post-industrialized conditions. Its immediate practical requirements are, A new type of cooperative organization is needed to replace the most successful bureaucracy in industrial society.
