北京咨询业的现状分析与发展对策

【摘要】：以事实和统计数据为依据,分析北京咨询业发展的现状,探讨北京咨询业的特点以及行业管理模式,指出北京咨询业发展过程中存在的主要问题和发展机遇,并据此提出实现咨询业的专业化、集约化;理顺管理体制,加强行业管理;提高咨询人员的素质;积极推进国际交流与合作;参与国际竞争;规范咨询市场;大力推进政策、法规建设等发展北京咨询业的对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the facts and statistical data, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of the consulting industry in Beijing, probes into the characteristics of the consulting industry in Beijing and its management mode, and points out the main problems and opportunities in the development of the consulting industry in Beijing. On the basis of this, it is proposed to realize the specialization and intensification of the consulting industry. Straighten out the management system, strengthen the industry management; improve the quality of the consultant; actively promote international exchanges and cooperation; participate in international competition; standardize the consulting market; vigorously promote policies and regulations to develop the Beijing consulting industry.
