会议决议督办系统助力企业管理效率提升

【摘要】：管理效率的提升蕴含这样几个结果:第一,确保了信息在传递上高效性和真实性;第二,确保了信息在分层接收上的稳定性和连贯性;第三,确保了信息在职能部门内部的有效转换,并获得了预期的成果反馈;第四,确保了信息资源的有效存储。对会议决议督办系统具体的引入模式包括:理性去认识企业管理效率的影响因素、结合组织架构特点设计系统工作流程、建立企业舆论导向尽快适应系统性能、突出战略性产品研发生产的系统应用、努力培养系统后台管理优化专门人才等五个方面。
[Abstract]:The improvement of management efficiency contains the following results: firstly, it ensures the high efficiency and authenticity of information transmission; second, it ensures the stability and consistency of information in hierarchical reception. Third, it ensures the effective transformation of information within the functional department, and obtains the expected results feedback; fourth, ensures the effective storage of information resources. The specific introduction mode of the conference resolution supervision system includes: rationally understanding the influencing factors of the enterprise management efficiency, designing the work flow of the system combined with the characteristics of the organizational structure, and establishing the enterprise public opinion orientation to adapt to the system performance as soon as possible. Emphasize the system application of strategic product R & D and production, and try to train the system backstage management optimization specialized personnel and so on five aspects.
