组织内的异构现象——R大学自习占位“制度”分析

【摘要】：正 我们首先来看一个现象。R大学共有四座教学楼:教一、教二、教三、教四。前三座教学楼建于1994年前,教四建于2003年。很多学生的自习在教室里进行。笔者通过调查和观察到的一些有趣现象是: 第一,自1994年起,教学楼中绝大多数教室的开放时间是早上7点到晚上10点半(以下简称“教学楼”)。学生每人在自习时一直使用两个座位(即一张桌子)。这不代表教学楼的座位很宽裕。其实教学楼经
