重庆市企业员工生活满意度及其相关因素的分析

【摘要】:采用自编的生活满意度问卷,对重庆市278名企业员工生活满意度及其相关因素进行了调查.结果表明:①企业男女员工成年早、中期生活满意度总体上没有显著的差异.②不同职务和文化程度的员工生活满意度总体上差异显著.③多元回归分析显示,只有文化程度的回归系数能够进入总体回归模型,说明文化程度对生活满意度的预测性最大.④所有企业员工生活满意度问卷平均得分略高于中等强度的值,说明企业员工总体上对生活是满意的.
