有效沟通的内涵剖析

【摘要】:沟通的实质内涵在于其有效性,而信息接收者能否接受并在多大程度上接受信息发送者发送的信息决定了沟通的有效程度。公开、公正、适度的信息才有可能被人们所接受。持有传统管理思想的管理者不具备与被管理者进行有效沟通的条件,因此其权力的作用受到影响。
[Abstract]:The essence of communication lies in its effectiveness, and whether the information receiver can accept and to what extent the information sent by the sender determines the effectiveness of the communication. Public, fair and moderate information is likely to be accepted. Managers who hold traditional management ideas do not have the conditions to communicate effectively with the managed, so the role of their power is affected.
