区域经济一体化中的政府与市场分工

【摘要】：经济全球化与区域经济一体化是当今世界的两大发展趋势,在区域经济一体化进程中,市场机制与政府机制都是不可缺少的资源配置手段,但它们都存在失灵问题。只有协同发挥市场机制和政府机制的作用,才能有效促进区域经济一体化持续健康发展。为此,要着力解决市场机制和政府机制"失灵问题",消除公共物品供给不足、市场体系不健全、政府垄断、政府职能定位不准等障碍,充分发挥政府与市场各自分工的作用,建立起市场机制与政府机制有机融合的体制机制。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization and regional economic integration are the two major trends in today's world, in the process of regional economic integration, the market mechanism and government mechanism is an indispensable means of resource allocation, but they have some failures. Only the synergistic market mechanism and government mechanism, can effectively promote the sustained and healthy development of the regional economic integration. To solve, the mechanism of the market and government failure problem, eliminate the inadequate supply of public goods, the market system is not perfect, the government monopoly, government function positioning and other obstacles, give full play to the government and market their division of the role of institutional mechanisms to establish the organic combination of market mechanism and government mechanism.
