职能部门政务微信的生存之道

【摘要】：在当前微信发展势头越来越猛的大背景下,本文运用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,对西安市级职能部门已开设的政务微信相关信息进行统计分析发现:西安市级职能部门政务微信发展过程中的问题集中体现在服务意识较弱,具体表现为以下六个方面:第一,影响力较小;第二,开通率较低;第三,账号设计仍需改善;第四,信息发布的内容及形式仍有提升空间;第五,与用户的互动形式及内容还可以再丰富;第六,办事功能还需增加。
[Abstract]:In the current WeChat growing momentum of development in the background, this paper uses the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method. Through the statistical analysis of the related information of the government WeChat which has been set up by the functional department of Xi'an, the author finds that the problems in the development process of the government WeChat in the functional department of Xi'an are mainly reflected in the weak sense of service. Specific performance for the following six aspects: first, less influence; Second, the opening rate is low; Third, account design still needs to be improved; 4th, the content and form of information release still has room for improvement; 5th, the interactive form and content with the user can be enriched again; 6th, the service function needs to be increased.
