构建网络公共事件整体治理机制

【摘要】：正近年来,以网络为载体的舆情表达激增,从而衍生出形态多样的网络公共事件,其释放出来的倒逼力量无比强大,改变着传统的人民群众与政府之间的互动交往模式。在推进治理模式转型的过程中,需要打破传统的各司其职的观念,构建整体治理机制。一是优化多元主体互动机制。以多元主体的良性互动为基础,切实将政府治理与网络参与相结合。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the expression of public opinion with the network as the carrier has proliferated, thus giving rise to various forms of network public events, and the inverted force released from it is extremely powerful. Changing the traditional mode of interaction between the masses and the government. In the process of promoting the transformation of the governance model, we need to break the traditional concept of doing their own job. The first is to optimize the interaction mechanism of multiple subjects. Based on the benign interaction of multiple subjects, we should combine government governance with network participation.
