新疆地区阿瓦提县“去极端化”研究

【摘要】：新疆地处祖国西北边陲,其地理位置、文化环境、社会环境与内地相比有着一定的特殊性。7.5事件之后,新疆地区安全形势愈加严峻,暴力恐怖活动频繁、民族关系紧张,给新疆实现社会稳定与长治久安总目标带来了巨大的挑战。因此,新疆地区如何处理好宗教问题,如何解决好宗教极端问题,对于地区的社会稳定与长治久安十分重要。于此,新疆地区基于现状,高度重视“去极端化”工作,特别对于少数民族居多的南疆地区,更是去极端化的重点。阿瓦提县地区南疆阿克苏地区,少数民族居多,宗教信仰浓厚,研究其宗教去极端化对于阿瓦提县乃至新疆地区今后去极端化工作都具有十分重要的现实意义。阿瓦提县文化资源丰富,多浪文化传承至今,已深深扎根在人民群众心中。阿瓦提县在去极端化工作中,充分发挥传统文化的感染力,利用丰富多彩的文化活动,将去极端化工作做的有声有色,对抵制宗教极端思想渗透起到了很好的效果。然而,去极端化并非单项因素决定,是一个系统的、巨大的工程,各地在开展去极端化工作的过程中,要充分结合当地实际,充分发扬当地特色,不断完善宗教相关法律制度、不断强化基层组织建设、不断促进社会经济发展、不断加强对暴恐施力的打击程度,从政治、经济、文化等各个方面努力推动去极端化进程,为抵制宗教极端主义渗透不断施力,为实现新疆地区社会稳定与长治久安的总目标不断前行。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of the motherland. Its geographical location, cultural environment and social environment have a certain particularity compared with the mainland. After the incident of .7.5, the security situation in Xinjiang has become more and more serious, violent and terrorist activities are frequent, and ethnic relations are tense. It has brought great challenges to the overall goal of achieving social stability and lasting stability in Xinjiang. Therefore, how to deal with religious problems and how to solve religious extreme problems in Xinjiang are very important to the social stability and long-term stability of the region. Based on the current situation, the Xinjiang region attaches great importance to the work of "deextremism", especially for the southern Xinjiang, where ethnic minorities are the majority, and is the focus of the depolarization. In the Aksu area of the southern border of Awati County, the majority of ethnic minorities and strong religious beliefs, It is of great practical significance to study the depolarization of religion in Awati County and even in Xinjiang in the future. Awati County is rich in cultural resources and has been handed down to this day. It has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In the work of depolarization, Awati County has made full use of the appeal of traditional culture and made full use of rich and colorful cultural activities to make the work of depolarization very impressive. It has played a very good role in resisting the infiltration of religious extremist ideas. However, depolarization is not determined by a single factor, but is a systematic and huge project. In the process of carrying out the work of de-extremism, all localities should fully integrate the local reality. Give full play to the local characteristics, constantly improve the legal system related to religion, constantly strengthen the building of grass-roots organizations, constantly promote social and economic development, and constantly strengthen the degree of attack on violence and terror, from the political and economic perspective, Culture and other aspects strive to promote the process of de-extremism, to resist the infiltration of religious extremism, and to achieve the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
