价值分配的国家逻辑——以“典型政治”及其运作为例

【摘要】：树典型是一项国家治理技术。英模人物是树典型活动的结果,其实质是围绕伦理价值而建构起来的权威性分配行动,主要体现着国家的意志和需要。树典型、荣誉称号和英模人物共同构成了"典型政治"。树典型是国家治理能力短缺条件下的低成本治理策略,相对于由法律法规所建立起来"硬"性惩戒体系,典型政治具有调控社会行为的"软"功能,并主要通过优劣对比机制、简单重复机制、双向选择机制和宣传学习机制等来运作。典型政治在贯彻国家需要、促进社会整合等方面具有特殊的功效。在新的社会历史条件下,树立什么样的英模人物,怎样才能更好地发挥英模人物的作用,如何提高典型政治的效力,都是需要认真思考的问题。
[Abstract]:Tree typicality is a technology of national governance. British model figures are the result of typical tree activities, whose essence is the authoritative distribution action built around ethical values, which mainly reflects the will and needs of the country. The honorary title and the British model personage together constitute the "typical politics". The tree model is the low-cost governance strategy under the condition of the lack of the national governance ability, compared with the "hard" disciplinary system established by the laws and regulations, Typical politics has the "soft" function of regulating social behavior, and operates mainly through the mechanism of comparing advantages and disadvantages, simple repetition mechanism, two-way selection mechanism and propaganda and learning mechanism, etc. Typical politics is carrying out the needs of the country. Under the new social and historical conditions, what kind of English model characters should be set up, how to play the role of English model characters better, and how to improve the effectiveness of typical politics, They are all questions that need to be seriously considered.
